Most orders will be shipped the next business day, depending on the availability of the merchandise and verifying your shipping address. If there is a delay in your order due to the unavailability of the merchandise, you will be contacted within 72 hours. You will then have the option to either pick another item, or you can contact us via email for a refund. If your address is unconfirmed, we have the right to refund your payment without notice. All orders will be shipped using a traceable carrier. Both the buyer and the seller have the full right to track the shipment.
International Orders: All international orders must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address.
Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes may be charged to the buyer on certain items and differ by country. As a buyer, you must be aware of and pay any extra charges imposed by the country you are having the package delivered to. We have no control over these charges. Once the shipment reaches the destination country, we have absolutely no control over it.
Returned Package: For any reason, including unclaimed, refused to receive, duties and taxes, or incorrect shipping address, we will refund the purchase price of the product after deducting the shipping charges plus other expenses incurred for this transaction. Your refund will only apply after we receive the returned/unclaimed/refused package.
